Consent-first information release

Release your information.
Your signature.

Releasign turns any records request — medical, legal, financial — into a single signed authorization. You decide what gets shared, with whom, and for how long. Revocable. Auditable. Legally binding.

  • ESIGN & UETA compliant
  • HIPAA-ready release forms
  • AES-256 encrypted at rest

Stop the spam loop.
Take control now.

Companies hoard your data. They sell it. Spam emails, robocalls, AI voices — the same pitch on repeat for the rest of your life. Until you sign the release that says stop.

They never let go

Every form you sign, every account you open — your data sits in their systems forever. Recycled to new owners with every merger and acquisition.

Sold to spam lists

Your email, phone, and address get auctioned to data brokers, debt collectors, and AI dialers. You never agreed to any of it.

Spam for a lifetime

Annoying emails. Robocalls. AI voices reading the same script. Every day, every year — unless something forces them to stop.

One signed revocation. Releasign sends it to every company holding your data. They must comply — under CCPA, GDPR, and state privacy laws.

How it works

Three steps from request to release. No faxes. No portals. No phone tag.

  1. 1

    Build the request

Pick a template — medical, school, employment, financial — or write your own. Scope it: which records, who receives, how long it's valid.

  2. 2

    Sign it

Sign on any device. Identity-verified via email, SMS, or government ID. Cryptographically sealed the moment you sign.

  3. 3

    Release & track

The signed authorization is delivered to the record holder. You see every access. Revoke at any time.

Built around consent

Releasign is opinionated about one thing: you own the release.

Scoped by default

Every release names the exact records, the exact recipient, and a hard expiry. No blanket consents.

Revocable anytime

One tap revokes the authorization. The recipient is notified, and the audit trail records the moment.

Legally binding

ESIGN, UETA, and HIPAA-compliant signatures with tamper-evident sealing and a verifiable hash.

Auto-expiring

Set a duration and walk away. The release closes itself. No stale consents lingering for years.

Full audit trail

Every view, download, and revocation is timestamped, hashed, and exportable as evidence.

Send anywhere

Email, secure link, fax bridge, or direct API. Works with the record holder you already have.

Questions

Is a Releasign signature legally binding?

Yes. Releasign signatures meet the ESIGN Act and UETA standards in all 50 U.S. states, and HIPAA's authorization requirements for protected health information.

What happens when I revoke a release?

The recipient is notified immediately, the authorization is marked revoked in the audit log, and any signed PDF carries a tamper-evident revocation seal. Records already lawfully released before revocation cannot be un-released, but no further disclosures may occur.

Where is my data stored?

Authorizations and audit logs are encrypted at rest with AES-256 in U.S. regions. Releasign never stores the underlying records themselves — only the signed authorization that unlocks them.

Can the recipient forward my records?

Only if your authorization explicitly allows redisclosure. By default, releases are scoped to the named recipient and prohibit further sharing.

How is identity verified?

Email plus SMS by default. For high-stakes releases (medical, legal, financial) you can require government-ID verification or knowledge-based authentication.
